Michael Curtis

Michael Curtis, MBA, has a robust professional background with significant experience in production and management roles. At Spectral Systems, LLC, from February 2011 to June 2023, Michael served as Optics Supervisor, leading optics operations. Following that, a position as Production Manager was held at HQ Pack from July 2023 to July 2024. Currently, since March 2025, Michael functions as Master Production Planner at Chemprene. Prior to these roles, a foundation in manufacturing was established at NXP Semiconductors, where Michael was a Manufacturing Technician from November 1996 to July 2009. Academically, Michael earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Dutchess Community College, an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University with a 3.6 GPA, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution.
