Tim Barker currently serves as a Project Manager at Chemspeed since September 2024. Previously, Tim worked at BAT from August 2018 to July 2024, where experience included roles as Product Developer I for eLiquids Discovery, Senior Technologist in Open Innovation, and Laboratory Technician in E-Liquid Development. Key responsibilities involved managing front-end innovation projects, leading lab capabilities for production and quality control, budget management, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Prior to BAT, Tim held the position of Scientific Researcher at Curtin University, overseeing a project on calcium oxalate crystallization. Tim earned a Master of Chemistry from the University of Southampton and completed A levels at Queen Elizabeths School, achieving high grades in relevant subjects.
