Jon Starling

Jon Starling is an emergency management professional with over 30 years of experience in public safety, CBRNE emergency response, and operations planning. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Operations at CHEMTREC®, while also actively engaged as a Fire Captain and Chief at the Sterling Volunteer Fire Department. Their past roles include significant positions such as Supervisory Operations Specialist at the Pentagon Force Protection Agency and Senior Program Manager at the Defense Intelligence Agency. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Champlain College and is pursuing Executive Education at Harvard Kennedy School.
