James White

James (Jody) White is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Release Train Engineer at Chenega Corporation, Jody has successfully planned and executed the first ART PI Planning and continues to drive continuous improvement within the Agile Release Train (ART). Prior roles include Agile Program Lead at Capital One, where risk assessment and managing multiple Scrum teams were key responsibilities, and Scrum Master at Veracity Consulting Group, overseeing teams in a SAFe ART context. Jody's background also includes leadership positions at Wells Fargo, Tech Dynamism, Silverchair, UVA Health System, VGT, and the Office of the State Attorney. Jody holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of West Florida and an AA in Liberal Arts from Pensacola Junior College, along with certifications including PMP, SAFe SPC, and CSM.
