Jay Maher

Jay Maher is a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT/OT risk management. They have held significant roles at Calpine, including Director of Information Technology Services and Senior Director of Information Systems Security, where they led cybersecurity compliance efforts and created security programs aligned with regulatory requirements. Previously, Maher served in various capacities at PricewaterhouseCoopers and LyondellBasell, focusing on IT audits and security compliance related to ERP systems. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
