Austin Oden, MBA-HC, currently serves as a Physician Recruiter and Candidate Experience Manager at ChenMed since February 2022. Previously, Austin was a Physician Recruiter at Provenir Healthcare and a Sales Executive at Wholesale Payments. Austin's extensive experience in physician recruitment includes travel to consult with healthcare systems and placing physicians across various specialties. Prior to these roles, Austin managed a team at At Home Healthcare as Director of Pediatric Therapy, where responsibilities included streamlining processes for clinicians and building referral relationships. Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Health Care Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler.
