David Cevallos, MD, DABFM, is a Family Physician and Geriatrician currently practicing at ChenMed since August 2020. Cevallos served as an Alternate Delegate and Board Member for the American Academy of Family Physicians Puerto Rico Chapter from June 2019 to May 2021, focusing on the growth of Family Medicine and community organization. Prior experiences include a Geriatric Fellowship at Jackson Health System and a Residency at Manati Medical Center, where Cevallos was involved in patient care, education for residents and medical students, and research activities. Cevallos completed medical education at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and holds a Bachelor's degree from Nova Southeastern University.
