Ellen Klug

Ellen Klug started their career as a Program Specialist at ArtReach in 1995 and later moved on to manage Foster Care and Volunteer Resources at St. Aemilian-Lakeside inc. In 2000, they became the Program Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters, where they oversaw various responsibilities and programs. Ellen then transitioned into roles at CADRE, Alta Resources as an HR Generalist/Recruiter, and ultimately at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fox Valley Region as a Program Director. Subsequently, they worked as a Talent Sourcing Specialist and then as a Talent Advisor at Pitney Bowes before joining ChenMed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sales and then transitioning to the position of Talent Acquisition Team Lead. Throughout their career, Ellen has honed their skills in recruitment, program management, and strategic leadership.

Ellen Klug received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Services from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1995. In 2018, they attained a Black Belt in Internet Recruitment certification. Additionally, they became a Certified Performance-based Hiring Recruiter through The Adler Group.
