Evon Bryan

Evon Bryan, MBA, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Managing Director of HR Services at ChenMed, having begun in January 2020, where responsibilities include leading day-to-day HR operations and driving a multi-year transformation roadmap for an HR shared service center. Prior to ChenMed, Evon held various prominent roles including Director of Payroll at Cox Automotive Inc., Director of Employee Service Center at Adventist Health System, and HR Program Director at Siemens Shared Services, where efforts focused on process improvements and efficiency in HR services for large employee populations. Earlier career experiences include positions at GE, Diageo, Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, and Blockbuster Entertainment, emphasizing expertise in payroll, HRIS, and systems analysis. Evon holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University, an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
