James Bourquin

James Bourquin serves as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition & Sourcing at ChenMed, a position held since December 2020, where leadership includes overseeing a team focused on identifying passive candidates in a competitive industry and providing sourcing strategy consultation. Prior to this role, James founded NewRoute Consulting LLC., working as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from 2015 to December 2020, specializing in executive recruiting and high-volume skilled-labor initiatives. Experience also includes serving as Team Lead at AGResearch International, LLC. from 2007 to 2015, where responsibilities involved developing candidate pipelines and collaborating with hiring managers. Earlier in James's career, the role of Team Lead & Senior Associate at RGF Solutions, Inc. from 2004 to 2007 focused on generating quality hiring leads through research and client relationship management. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and has also attended The University of Akron.
