Jaytal Patel

Jaytal Patel, MD, currently serves as the National Director of Operations at ChenMed, leading efforts to standardize operations across 111 centers to enhance patient care and staff efficiency since May 2019. Previous roles at ChenMed include Director of Transformation and Optimization, where a focus on workforce planning and scheduling optimization was implemented for 10 medical centers, and Director of Operations Talent Development, resulting in significant KPI improvements and leadership promotions across 16 centers. Early in the career, experiences included managerial positions in healthcare and restaurant operations, alongside medical practice management and clinical roles in various healthcare settings, including Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Jaytal Patel holds a Doctor of Medicine degree and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Charles University.
