Rafael Vasquez

Rafael Vasquez serves as the Regional President for South Florida at ChenMed since April 2025. Prior to this role, Rafael held various leadership positions at Florida Blue from May 2013 to April 2025, including Vice President of Operations and Head of the Sanitas Partnership, where responsibilities included overseeing clinical operations at GuideWell Health and managing a significant payor-provider partnership. Rafael also showcased expertise in driving direct-to-consumer strategies, resulting in substantial growth and multiple industry awards. Earlier career experiences included transformative roles at Comcast, where promotion to Senior Director of Sales and Marketing was achieved, along with impactful positions as Director of Sales and Hispanic Marketing Manager. Education credentials include an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California and executive education in leadership from Columbia Business School.
