Robby Deforge is a Candidate Experience Manager at ChenMed since September 2021, dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for physicians exploring mission-driven medical practice. Prior experience includes serving as a Physician Recruiter at Medicus Healthcare Solutions from January 2017 to September 2021, where Robby focused on staffing solutions in Emergency Medicine for various healthcare providers. Earlier, Robby held the position of Store Manager at T-Mobile from November 2009 to November 2016, progressing from a sales associate and specializing in recruiting and talent acquisition. Robby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University at Albany between September 2003 and January 2008.
