Tyler Sparling

Tyler Sparling is a recent graduate of the University of Iowa's Tippie School of Business, where they studied Business Administration and Public Health. During their time at university, Tyler held several leadership roles within their fraternity, enhancing their executive experience. They have spent multiple summers at Banner Day Camp, progressing from Camp Counselor to Camp Co-Director, where they developed skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and interpersonal communication. Tyler also gained valuable experience as a Caddie at Twin Orchard Country Club and served as a Baseball Coach for middle and high school students, further honing their leadership and communication abilities. Currently, Tyler works as a Service Team Coordinator at ChenMed and continues to seek new challenges that promote personal and professional growth.
