Wendy Olson

Wendy Olson is currently the Loan Servicing Manager at Chenoa Fund by CBC Mortgage Agency and has contributed to the company since 2018. With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Wendy dedicated the last 13 years to Workforce Management, where they managed scheduling and agent logistics. Their role at CBC Mortgage included assisting borrowers with down payment assistance loans, consistently achieving high productivity and customer satisfaction. Wendy also gained HR experience, focusing on recruitment, training, and employee relations during a year-long cross-training position. They earned a high school diploma in General Studies from West Jordan High School between 1983 and 1987.
