Robert Cordell is an experienced engineer and product manager with a strong background in fire protection engineering. With a Master of Science in Fire Protection Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Robert has held significant roles at several companies. At FM Global, Robert served as an Advanced Engineer focusing on extinguishing systems from December 2008 to March 2016. As a Project Engineer at Tyco Fire & Building Products from July 2003 to December 2008, Robert was involved in product development for water-based fire sprinklers. Afterward, Robert worked at Johnson Controls as a Global Product Manager from March 2016 to January 2022. In a recent role at Chentronics in September 2024, Robert took on additional responsibilities as Commercial Leader while continuing product management activities. Robert briefly served as Principal Fire Protection Engineer at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory from January 2022 to April 2022.
