Annic Grondin

Annic Grondin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and learning, currently serving as the Manager at CHEO - Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario since June 2020. Previously, Annic held roles at Hôpital Montfort, including Evaluation & Knowledge Transfer Specialist and Project Lead, from July 2012 to May 2020. Annic's background also includes significant positions at Health Canada, where responsibilities included Quality Specialist, Project Manager, and Unit Head for Quality Assurance & Operations Units from December 2008 to July 2012. Annic began a career in engineering at Abbott Point of Care as a Process Engineer from January 2000 to October 2008. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Ottawa, a Masters Certificate in Healthcare Management from Carleton University, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry (Biotechnology) from the University of Ottawa.
