Chloe Soleimani is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in patient care and therapeutic support. Currently serving as a Patient Experience Specialist, Family Resource Worker, and Service Planning Coordinator at CHEO since June 2021, Chloe has also held roles at CHEO in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) from February 2010 to 2021.
