Chris Scott has extensive experience in the field of pediatrics and clinical research. At Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital, Chris served as a Senior Specialist from January 2009 to July 2022. Subsequently, Chris took on the role of Director of the Clinical Research Centre at the University of Cape Town from July 2022 until April 2024, where responsibilities included managing and supporting clinical research, as well as providing quality assurance and education. Since March 2024, Chris has been a Full Professor at the University of Ottawa and a Pediatric Rheumatologist at CHEO. Chris holds a degree in Pediatrics (FCPaedSA) from the University of Cape Town, earned between 2002 and 2006.
