Consolato Sergi

Consolato Sergi is a distinguished Pediatric Pathologist with extensive experience in academic and clinical settings. Currently serving as Chief of Anatomical Pathology at CHEO since March 2021, Consolato previously held the position of Full Professor at the University of Alberta from August 2008 to February 2021. Consolato's earlier roles include Associate Professor of Pathology at the Medical University of Innsbruck and Hon. Clinical Reader at the University of Bristol. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Genoa, a Ph.D. from the University of Innsbruck, and a Master of Public Health from the University of Medical Information and Technology, among others. Consolato has contributed significantly to pediatric pathology research and education throughout a robust career.
