Emanuela Ferretti

Emanuela Ferretti is a Full Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Ottawa, where they have influenced the field through their extensive experience as a neonatologist at both the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario and The Ottawa Hospital General Campus since 2007. Prior to this, they served as an Academic Neonatologist at Université de Sherbrooke from 1999 to 2007, enhancing their expertise during a sabbatical year in neonatology as an Associate Professor at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Emanuela completed their neonatal research fellowship at the University of Toronto and has a distinguished academic background that includes degrees from McGill University and Università degli Studi di Milano.
