Joanne Lowe is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health and addictions, currently serving as Vice President of Mental Health and Addictions at CHEO - Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario since May 2011. Additionally, Joanne has held the position of Manager of Mental Health Services at the same institution and is also the Executive Director at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa, which focuses on supporting vulnerable youth. Joanne's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Laurentian University and a Master of Social Work specializing in Community Development and Social Planning from Wilfrid Laurier University.
