John J. Fleming is an experienced Behavioural Therapist with a demonstrated history of working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum. Currently employed at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario since October 2015, John provides ongoing support through ABA services, having previously completed a year in the Autism Intervention Program of Eastern Ontario focusing on Intensive Behavioural Intervention. Prior roles include Autism Support Assistant at Kerry's Place Autism Services, where John worked with individuals in crisis, and Community Assistant at Community Living, supporting individuals with various disabilities in community engagement. Additionally, John has experience in correctional programming through a placement with the Correctional Service of Canada. John holds an Associate's Degree in Behavioural Science Technologies from St. Lawrence College, obtained in 2012.
