Josée Blackburn

Josée Blackburn is the Director of the Kids Come First Health Team at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO). They have held various roles at CHEO since 2001, including Clinical Manager of Mental Health Programs and Director of Operations & Projects for Mental Health & Substance Use Health. Prior to CHEO, Josée worked at The Children's Aid Society of Ottawa from 1996 to 2001 in positions such as Supervisor and Emergency After Hours Worker. Josée is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work at Université du Québec en Outaouais while holding a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Clinical Psychology and Criminology from the University of Ottawa.
