Dr. Kashif Baig is a skilled Anterior Segment, Cataract, and Refractive Surgeon based in Ottawa. They completed their medical training at McGill University and an MBA at McMaster University, alongside Fellowship training in corneal transplant and refractive surgery in the USA. Currently, Dr. Baig serves as the Co-Owner and Medical Director of Herzig Eye Institute Ottawa and the Founder and Medical Director of Precision Cornea Centre. They are also an Assistant Professor at the University of Ottawa, where they teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows. Dr. Baig has contributed significantly to ophthalmic education and research, having delivered over 450 talks and participated in over 90 research protocols resulting in numerous publications.
