Lee Wallace

Lee Wallace is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Operations at CHEO since October 2022. Prior to this role, Lee held positions including Talent Acquisition Specialist at Carleton University and Officer of Talent Acquisition at The Ottawa Hospital, where responsibilities centered on full-cycle recruitment, particularly for leadership roles, and implementing efficient recruitment processes. With a solid foundation in human resources from roles at Hydro Ottawa, Sheraton Ottawa Hotel, Whiski Jack Resorts, Nita Lake Lodge, and Elmwood School, Lee has demonstrated expertise in strategic staffing, compliance with regulations, and enhancing organizational HR profiles.
