Michael Weedmark is currently the Clinical Manager of Nursing Practice and Corporate Patient Services at CHEO, a position held since 2023. They previously served as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Acute Pain Services at Queensway Carleton Hospital from 2021 to 2023, and as a Nurse Educator for Inpatient Surgery and the Float Team at CHEO from 2019 to 2021. Michael has also worked as a Registered Nurse in various roles, including the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit and the Intensive Care Unit at The Ottawa Hospital from 2013 to 2017. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master of Education in Health Professions Education from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Anesthesia Assistance from Algonquin College.
