Sarada Ketharnathan is a skilled researcher with extensive experience in the field of genetics and biomedical sciences. Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at CHEO -- Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario since September 2020, Sarada has previously held positions as an Assistant Research Fellow and Doctoral Student at the University of Otago from February 2016 to June 2020. Prior to this, Sarada worked as a Project Assistant in R&D at LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd. and as a Scientist at Swagene Pvt. Ltd., where contributions included developing pharmacogenetic tests and training interns. Sarada’s early experience includes an internship at Biocon, focusing on quality analysis and therapeutic biomarkers. Educational qualifications include a PhD from the University of Otago and a Master of Science in Human/Medical Genetics from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute.
