Simon Wiseman

Simon Wiseman is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Chef at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario since November 2003, Simon has previously worked as a Consultant for RATIONAL AG and held positions as Executive Chef at Duxelles traiteur et cours privés and Pastry Chef at Moulin Wakefield Mill Hôtel & Spa. Earlier career roles include Cuisinier at csss (Wakefield), La Petite Boulangerie, and Centre Jellinek, among others. Simon's culinary education includes a DEP in Cuisine d'établissement from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec, completed between 2001 and 2003.
