Arati Shinde is currently serving as Manager (CX) for Europe at CHEP since September 2022, following a progression through various roles within the Graduate Development Program. Prior experience includes a position as Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble from October 2021 to April 2022 and work on a Master Thesis Project and as Scrum Master at Bosch from September 2019 to October 2020. Arati holds a degree in Operational Excellence, Management and Engineering from Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University (2013-2017).
