Bruce MacDonald is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at CHEP since September 2016, Bruce oversees thirty 3PL managed facilities across six Southwestern States, leading projects in plant startups and automation improvements. Previously, as Plant Manager at WestRock Company, Bruce managed a $53 million folding carton plant, significantly increasing throughput by 57%. Bruce also founded CMIT Solutions of Winston-Salem, providing IT services to small businesses, and held key roles at Oracle Packaging, where contributions included leading a $40 million liquid packaging operation and managing a $30 million folding carton plant. Bruce holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
