Cortney Melvin

Cortney Melvin possesses extensive experience in account management, logistics, and customer service. Currently serving as a Regional Account Representative in the Produce division at CHEP since May 2013, Cortney has previously held various roles within the company, including Senior Strategic Planning Analyst and Inventory and Optimization Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as a Solutions Department Manager at Ocean Optics, where focus was placed on customer satisfaction and quality assurance, and as a Case Manager at Youth and Family Alternatives, Inc., responsible for managing multiple family cases for reunification. Additional roles in the service industry include a brief stint as a Bartender/Sales Associate at Alex and Ani and as a Customer Service Associate at Publix Supermarkets. Cortney holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from the University of South Florida.
