Daniel P. Scott

Daniel P. Scott has extensive work experience, starting in 1999 as the Managing Partner at Chepov & Scott, LLC, where they focused on providing fair and respectful legal services to diverse Chicago communities. In 2007, they became an Arbitrator for the Cook County Arbitration program, playing a role in resolving disputes outside the court system. In 2014, they were elected President of the Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity, where they led a governing board, managed an Executive Director, and supported undergraduate members in creating inclusive environments. From 2005 to 2009, they also served as a Planning Commissioner for the Village of Northbrook.

Daniel P. Scott completed their Juris Doctorate in Law from DePaul University College of Law in the years 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating from 1985 to 1989.
