Debbie Hynes

Debbie Hynes has extensive experience in management and business development within CHEP, starting as a Lead Project Coordinator in 1993 and progressing to managerial roles, including Manager of Sales Finance, Inside Sales, and Customer On-Boarding. Currently, as Manager of the SME Team and Regional Manager for New Business Development, Hynes has demonstrated leadership by overseeing multiple teams and implementing effective processes, such as a 90-day on-boarding strategy that enhances customer retention. Educational background includes a degree in Elementary Education with a focus on Math and Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University and the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
