Douglas Simmons

Douglas Simmons has over 20 years of experience in sales and account management, currently serving as the Head of European Key Accounts at CHEP since July 2011. In this role, Douglas drives sales growth and optimizes the supply chain for European Key Accounts while introducing innovative products and services. Previous positions at CHEP include UKI Sales Manager and Business Development Manager for Global Accounts, where Douglas managed significant client relationships and contributed to substantial revenue generation. Earlier experience encompasses roles at BOC UK & Ireland as Major Account Manager and at Applied Materials as a Customer Engineer. Douglas holds a BEng Hon's in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University.
