Drew Merrill

Drew joined CHEP in 2003 and transitioned into his current position as Senior Vice President, Sales and Customer Experience in February 2022, after serving four years as Vice President of National Accounts. Throughout his time at CHEP, he has focused on reducing cost, eliminating waste, and mitigating risk across various supply chains in the food, beverage, automotive, industrial, and chemical sectors. In his prior roles, he led two North American business units: CHEP Automotive & Industrial Solutions and CHEP Pallecon Solutions. Externally, he has served as a board member, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Reusable Packaging Association, pushing the demand curve for reusable packaging through speaking engagements and publications.

Before joining CHEP, Drew spent 10 years in Silicon Valley leading teams in the development of technology solutions for Fortune 500 tech companies.
