Giulia Villa

Giulia Villa is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager for Italy, Portugal, and Greece at CHEP since April 2023. With a solid background at Ariston Group from July 2016 to April 2023 in various HR managerial roles, Giulia was responsible for comprehensive HR functions, budgeting, and policy implementation across multiple regions, including East Europe and Turkey. Previous roles include HR Business Partner Junior at Prelios, and HR positions at Gucci, Kilpatrick, BMW Group, and others, demonstrating a progression through key HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and talent acquisition. Giulia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and has also pursued studies at Hawaiian Community College and the University of Hawai‘i System.
