JR joined CHEP in 2018 and is the Senior Vice President of Retail Supply Chain Solutions and Asset Control. Prior to joining CHEP, JR held different leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company, and before that, at the Pepsi Bottling Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Dayton.
