James Stubbs

James Stubbs has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain for the Southwest Region at CHEP since September 2008. In this role, James leads supply chain design initiatives across multiple regions, achieving key outcomes such as developing a multi-year supply chain strategy and conducting network design studies. Previous positions include Director of Platform Health and Senior Manager of Supply Chain, where James focused on reducing pallet maintenance costs and stabilizing key performance indicators. Earlier career roles involved strategic marketing and global network planning, where significant savings and optimization opportunities were identified. James holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and multiple undergraduate degrees from the University of Central Florida.
