Janeth Henao is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in end-user support and IT service management. Currently serving as the End User Support Services Lead at Brambles since December 2022, Janeth is responsible for defining global support strategies and overseeing hardware and software asset management. With a long tenure at CHEP since April 2004, Janeth has held various leadership roles, including Sr IT Manager and Incident, Request & Problem Management Manager, focusing on ITIL service areas and business liaison functions. In addition to technical roles, Janeth has experience as a Production Manager at Arribas Brothers, overseeing a team of glassblowers. Janeth holds a mini-MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BS in Networking from DeVry University, complemented by a BA in Latin American Literature with a minor in Italian from the University of Central Florida.
