John Costanza has extensive experience in operations and maintenance management across various industries. Currently serving as Technical Systems Manager at CHEP since December 2021, John has also held the roles of National Training Manager and Industrial Maintenance Manager in the organization. Prior to CHEP, John worked at Smitty's Supply, Inc. as Operations/Maintenance Manager and at Stupp Corporation as Automation Manager and Maintenance Specialist. Additional experience includes positions as Maintenance Manager at Centric Pipe, Hood Industries, Inc., and both Production Manager and Maintenance Manager at Graham Packaging. John holds educational experience from Southeastern Louisiana University and graduated from Ponchatoula High School.
