Katrin Zeiler

Katrin Zeiler is an experienced professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Zero Waste World for Customer Innovation & Solutions Europe at CHEP since April 2020. In addition, Katrin is the Founder and Managing Director of blue clue, an executive training startup established in July 2019, focused on facilitating understanding of digitalization and agile methodologies through customized corporate leadership training. Prior experience includes various roles at DHL from February 2011 to June 2019, such as Program Director for the Innovation Center in the Americas and Head of Customer Engagement for the Innovation Center in Germany, where responsibilities included trend research and big data solutions. Earlier, Katrin worked as a Convention Sales Executive at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Katrin holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and a BBA in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague.
