Megan Fallon

Megan Fallon serves as a Materials Manager at L3Harris Technologies since October 2018 and has held the position of On Site Manager at CHEP since March 2016, overseeing daily operations and the ZERO HARM Safety Program while ensuring facility performance and budget forecasting. Previously, at Southeast Aerospace from 2013 to March 2016, Megan coordinated material flow and managed work schedules while improving production processes and quality controls. Her earlier experience includes serving as a Shipping Supervisor at Lighting Science Group Corporation from 2010 to 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing shipping operations and inventory management, and as a Material Handler at Florida Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009, focusing on material logistics and clerical tasks. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida Institute of Technology.
