Merusha Chetty

Merusha Chetty currently serves as a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at CHEP, a role held since July 2020, focusing on delivering key FP&A activities for the IMETA region. Previously, Merusha was a Manager of Financial Planning & Performance Management at Anheuser-Busch InBev, overseeing zero-based budgeting and financial performance for the Africa Zone. Merusha's experience at South African Breweries included positions such as Finance Manager for Capability Development and Commercial Manager for Marketing, where strategic financial support was provided to enhance decision-making and performance evaluations. Earlier career experience includes serving as Chief Accountant for Budget & Financial Management at Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, with a trajectory starting from a Financial Management trainee. Merusha holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Management Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Management Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
