Nikki Guinn

Nikki Guinn, PHR SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent and Learning for North America at CHEP since May 2023. Previously, Nikki held the role of Director of Organizational Development and Talent Management at TDIndustries, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing talent management and learning programs for over 3,000 employees. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon and various HR roles at Essilor Group, including Senior Manager HR Business Partnering and HR Project Manager. Nikki has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from Eastern Michigan University and has extensive experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across multiple industries.
