Renato Alves

Renato Alves has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as Gerente de Operações Regionais e Logística at CHEP since February 2011. In this role, Renato oversees regional operations across Brazil, managing supply chain processes, operational planning, and logistics providers, while controlling costs and leading multidisciplinary teams. Previous positions at CHEP include Supervisor de Operações Regional and Analista de Operações Regionais Sênior, where Renato was responsible for overseeing logistics centers, managing KPIs, and implementing process improvements. Prior experience includes working as an Analista de Logística at White Martins, where a logistics optimization project achieved a 15% operational gain, and as an Assistente de Logística at Duro Plásticos Ltda. Renato holds an MBA in Logistics from IPOG and a degree in Urban Transport Technology from the Instituto Federal de Goiás.
