Seema Varma

Seema Varma is a procurement leader with over two decades of international experience across various industries, including energy, infrastructure, and education. They have held key positions at companies such as CHEP, Transurban, and SC Johnson, where they successfully implemented transformative procurement programs, achieving significant commercial efficiencies and enhancing team capabilities. Currently, Seema serves as the Regional Director of Indirects Procurement at CHEP and champions ethical supply chains through their work with Thoni & Co. In addition to their professional achievements, Seema is completing a Graduate Company Director's Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
