Stephen Willis has extensive experience in customer service management and workforce analytics, having held various roles from 2007 to the present. Currently, Stephen serves as the Retail Territory Manager at CHEP since August 2024. Previous positions include Customer Care Workforce and Analytics Manager at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, Customer Service Management Consultant at Swytch Technology, and Workforce Manager at Truphone, where responsibilities included forecasting and scheduling for a global customer service team. Stephen has also worked in managerial roles at Ventrica and RSVP (Media Response) Ltd, and has experience in resource planning at First Data Corporation and Coutts. Education was completed at Furtherwick Park School between 1997 and 2002.
