Thiago Sotello

Thiago Sotello has extensive experience in operational excellence and process engineering, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Lead for LatAm at CHEP since May 2023, focusing on resource integration, productivity control, and continuous improvement project implementation. Previously, Thiago held the position of Operations Coordinator at AOC from April 2010 to June 2016, where responsibilities included training operational staff, conducting internal audits, and implementing cost-reduction projects such as Lean Six Sigma. Thiago holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER and a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Universidade Paulista.
