Tom Allmark

Tom Allmark is currently the Human Resources Director for the UK & Ireland, Iberia, Benelux, and Nordics at CHEP. Previously, they served as the Global Director of Inclusion and Diversity at Brambles, where they crafted the company's 2025 Diversity and Inclusion goals and supported various initiatives aimed at diverse talent recruitment and retention. Tom has a solid background in talent and learning, business transformation, and process optimization, having held several leadership roles throughout their career, including Director of Inclusion and Diversity EMEA and Business Process Owner for Invoice to Cash in the EMEA region. They hold a Master of Arts in Translation Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from The University of Manchester.
